Location
Firstly, to get into Hatton Gardens, you’ll need to collect your keys from the KeyNest location, which has been sent to you in your check-in information.
The KeyNest is located on Dale Street, inside a store called Grab & Go. When you arrive, simply provide the key code number to the shop assistant, and they will hand you your set of keys.
Once you have collected your keys, head back over to Hatton Garden,
When you arrive, you’ll notice the building is called Premier Apartments and there is a reception desk. Please note, this reception is not for STAY Liverpool guests—it is exclusively for Premier Apartment guests.
To access the building, head to the right-hand side on Hatton Garden where you’ll find a gate. On your keyring, you’ll have a black fob—simply hold it against the keypad and push the gate open.
Walk through to the back of the building where you’ll find the main entrance. There is a keypad here, but you do not need a code—just use your fob again to open the door.
Once inside, locate the lift and take it to the floor your apartment is on.
If you’re arriving via Cheapside and using the car park, drive to the Cheapside entrance. Use the large black fob on your keyring to open the shutter.
Once inside, drive all the way down to level minus 4, where guest parking is located. Then find the door leading to the lift area. Enter the code 12345 followed by the hash key to access the lift lobby.
From there, take the lift to your apartment floor.

Amazing
We absolutely loved staying here, has a bit of trouble finding the place to pick the keys up, but once we found that & got into the building, everything was perfect! Comfy beds & everything ypu need for a perfect stay, especially loved how close it was to the town. We would definitely stay here again!

The apartment was exactly like the pictures clean and modern, it had everything you would need for staying in and cooking, it was very great location for going out. The host was very responsive and immediately got back to me with any questions I had. I would definitely recommend a stay here.
