Step outside and you're a five-minute stroll from the iconic Pier Head, where you can catch a Mersey Ferry, admire the Three Graces, or just watch the river go by.
From here, it's an easy 15–20 minute waterfront walk to the Royal Albert Dock, with its museums, waterside restaurants, and the Tate Liverpool, perfect for a lazy afternoon. Liverpool ONE, the city's main shopping and dining district, is just as close, so you're never far from a spot of retail therapy or a night out.
Football fans are well placed too: Everton's Hill Dickinson Stadium at Bramley-Moore Dock is around a 20 minute walk (or a quick taxi/bus ride) along the dock road, making this a great match day base.
Driving in? Love Lane car park is a handy option nearby, sitting on the route between the apartment and the stadium, usually a short walk from the ground itself, with both all-day and match day rates available.

By car:
From Manchester/the M62: follow signs for Liverpool City Centre, then Edge Lane (A5047) onto Hall Lane (B5340), following the brown "Docks" signs via the A57 and A5036 toward the Princes Dock waterfront.
From Chester/North Wales: take the M53 through the Wallasey Tunnel (toll charge applies), then follow signs via the A59/A5053, A565 and Waterloo Road (A5036) to the docks.
From Liverpool John Lennon Airport: follow signs for the City Centre via the A5058 ring road and A5080, then pick up the M62 directions above.
Parking: there's no on-site parking, but Princes Dock Car Park is right next door and Love Lane car park.
By train: From Liverpool Lime Street (the main line station), hop on a local Mersey rail service to James Street or Moorfields — about 10 minutes — or take a short taxi ride (also around 10 minutes). It's also a very walkable 20–25 minutes on foot from Lime Street, cutting through Liverpool ONE and along the waterfront.
By air: Liverpool John Lennon Airport is about 7 miles away — roughly 20–25 minutes by taxi (around £25 off-peak), or 30–40 minutes via the Arriva 500/86A bus into the city centre.
On foot from the waterfront: Once you're at the Pier Head, Triskelion Way/Princes Dock is literally a five-minute walk north, right behind the Royal Liver Building
